It is golden, shiny and dense, reflecting long aging on the skin. The bubbles form a delicate cable. The effervescence is present and persistent. The nose is slightly closed but continues to develop. The reduction traits due to years of aging have given rise to more evolved shades. There are aromas of cooked fruit and vanilla and woody nuances, after a few minutes the caramel explodes. In the mouth it has a nice balance and woody nuances, then gives way to caramel.
