Blend of 95% Oger grand cru chardonnay and 5% maceration pinot noir from the La Croix parcel in the center of the village of Ay: an old vineyard that produces a powerful, ruby-coloured pinot. On the nose notes of peony, talc and wild strawberry, on the palate Chardonnay dominates. Generous and full, of extreme elegance and freshness. Dosage 6 g/l approx.
