Blend of 2/3 clairette blanche and 1/3 aligotè from the first pressing, matures on the yeasts for over 30 months. Beautifully golden, the nose is fruity, floral with spicy notes. On the palate it is fine and balanced with a very aromatic persistence. Dosage of 5 g/l.
