MORE INFORMATION:
Blend of 80% chardonnay, 15% pinot noir and 5% gamay from a single vintage. Harvest by hand, vinification in cuve and then over 15 months on the yeasts. Golden color and fine bubbles, on the nose notes of citrus, ripe fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is creamy, fresh and balanced, with notes of red fruits. Dosage of 8 g/l.
