An exceptional Prosecco Cru, originating from the "Bosco Coste" vineyard located in the renowned town of Collalto di Susegana. This land, with its 3 hilly hectares, proves to be the ideal environment for the production of a very high level sparkling wine. The location near Conegliano, famous for the historic Italian wine school "G.B. Cerletti", further enriches the cultural and historical value of this wine.
The Prosecco Cru "Bosco Coste" stands out for several notable characteristics:
- Alcohol content: It has a moderate alcohol content of 11.50%, which contributes to a pleasant balance.
- Grapes: Produced entirely from Glera grapes, the traditional variety at the base of Prosecco, this wine boasts distinctive fruity and floral notes.
- Residual sugar: With a slightly increased residual sugar to adapt to the extra dry profile, it offers a refreshing and elegant tasting, maintaining a perfect balance without exceeding sweetness.
- Vintage: Millesimato 2023, highlighting that all the grapes used come from the same harvest, guaranteeing quality and unique character.
- Vinification: Made following the Charmat Method, which allows a second fermentation in large closed containers to preserve the freshness and aroma of the wine.
- Winemaker's note: Described as extra dry, this version maintains a pleasant acidity and an enveloping aroma, emphasizing the natural elegance of the wine without the addition of sugars after the second fermentation. Its extra dry nature highlights the structure and complexity, offering a rich and nuanced tasting experience.
"Bosco Coste" is therefore much more than a simple wine: it is a true oenological exploration that testifies to the commitment and passion for excellent viticulture, offering a distinctive taste of the Susegana area and of the Italian wine tradition.
