It is suitable as an aperitif, paired with white meats, shellfish, stewed fish; excellent with blue cheeses. Deep and intense yellow colour; on the nose there are hints of candied fruit, honey, yellow flowers. Warm and saline on the palate at first impact, subsequently savory, long with a good nose-mouth balance.
