Good structure on the flavour, with a pulpy fruit resulting from maceration on the Amarone pomace. The refinement for 2 years in large barrels helps to round out the tannin which is always soft and velvety despite having a great presence. It goes well with game, red and white meats, game and medium-aged cheeses.
