Obtained from the vine of the same name grown on the hills in the province of Asti, Piedmont, deep red in colour. Vinous aroma, with a dry, velvety and harmonious flavour.
It is particularly suitable with dry soups, stews, braised meats, roasted red meats and fermented cheeses.
Serve at 18° C.
