Blend of 90% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. Grapes selected only from plots where the soils are not too rich (balanced grapes but with acidity). Fine bubbles accompanied by a light foam, the nose is very floral and the mouth is fresh and delicate. Dosage of 8 g/l.
