The Rosé Symphony is only produced during Exceptional Vintages. The grapes have the same origin as those of the Cuvée Symphonie. Some Pinots Noirs are vinified in red in Burgundy maceration, to obtain, after a few months in wood, a fruity and soft wine. Raspberry color and salmon reflections. Its bouquet is very delicate with notes of cherry and raspberry. Its liveliness and length are very seductive.
