Blend of 77% Pinot Noir and 23% Chardonnay from the 2010 harvest. It is vinified for a third in small barrels (35.10%) and carries out malolactic fermentation. Without added sulphites and with a dosage of less than 4 g/l. Intense, deep, capable of bringing all the energy of the soil to the surface, it is characterized by woody notes, moss, bark, dark fruits, smoky notes. The supple, thin, transparent sip is surprising in its distribution on the palate, broad and with a refreshing saline feel. Of wonderful territorial purity, for enthusiasts.
