MORE INFORMATION:
Made in limited quantities and with the best grapes from the oldest vineyards. It is made up of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir and matures for two years in 60-70 hl barrels before blending and does not undergo malolactic fermentation. The bottles are closed with a cork stopper (bouchon liege) and the degorgement is manual. Rich and deep, it is engaging in its notes of white chocolate, fern, resin, wet rock and undergrowth, with a sip that surprises with minerality and freshness. Endless.
