With this vintage, Francis returns to his origins, elaborating a 100% pinot noir from grapes from a single harvest, in this case the 2012. It carries out fermentation in steel without carrying out malolactic fermentation and the dosage is around 9 g/l. Mouth of beautiful savory tension, powerful, juicy, pulsating and which becomes deep and enveloping as it develops on the palate, a finish that fades into vibrant sensations of small red fruits and sea water.
