Made with 80% chardonnay and 20% gamay, it matures on the lees for approximately 9 months (minimum time required for the traditional method). With a bright colour, it is light, delicate and pleasant. On the nose aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. Sugar dosage 6 g/l.
