Obtained from the blend of 80% pinot noir from the grapes of the grand cru vineyard of Verzy and 20% of chardonnay from the premier cru vineyard of Bisseuil. Fruity, floral champagne, with an exciting and mineral sip, saline, fresh and with sweet biscuit nuances in the finish. Incisive and refined.
