The vinification takes place partly in barrels (40%) and partly in cuve, with malolactic fermentation carried out, and it matures on the yeasts for 4 years. Gentle, deep, with intense, sumptuous and pure aromas of butter, lemon leaf, aromatic herbs, wet rock, almost as if to honor the nearby Chablis. The mouth is splendid, compact and transparent, fresh and with a lined, enveloping material, with a finish that fades into vibrant sensations of citrus and sea water.
