With the same enthusiasm as Bruno Montresor for research and experimentation with the perfect aperitif, we have selected, among the dozens of recipes bequeathed to us in the family archives, the formulations that are most suited to our times. After numerous experiments and thanks also to the collaboration of Andrea Attanasio, Loris Mondini and Luca Ferrari, we found the right tones, the right quality of oranges, the right varieties of absinthe, cinchona, rhubarb and that secret ingredient that we will jealously guard and which makes Bitter Dry Montresor is one of a kind. And, following the indications of Bruno Montresor, we have created a bitter with a low alcohol content to allow the consumer to better appreciate the aromatic complexity that distinguishes it.
