Micromégas is a story by Voltaire, where a giant from another planet meets men and their defects. Blend of 50% chardonnay, 40% chenin and 10% pinot noir, partially vinified in barrel for greater complexity. With a slightly coppery color (the result of the natural coloring of Pinot Noir), it is fine on the nose, with aromas of peach and raspberry, and vinous in the mouth. Fresh and mineral finish. Dosage of 4 g/l.
