Appetizers, first and second courses of "land", meat preparations, including red ones, not very succulent. Intense ruby red color. Pleasantly vinous bouquet, tends towards the characteristic violet bouquet. Dry flavor with a light herbaceous flavor and a pleasant, long and intense bitter aftertaste.
