It is obtained from Croatina, Uva Rara and Vespolina grapes grown on the hills of the Oltrepò Pavese in the province of Pavia, with an intense purple red colour.
Characteristic aroma, sweet, pleasant flavour.
It is particularly suitable with snacks based on cured meats, roasted chestnuts, fruit desserts and sweets.
